Apricot and Blackberry Jam
Ingredients Apricots (puree), 1 and ½ kilograms Blackberries (puree), 1 and ½ kilograms Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Sugar, 3 cups
Preparation Mix both the apricot and blackberry purees together. Add in the lemon juice. Place it all into a casserole, add in water and cook at a moderate heat for 15 to 20 minutes while continually stirring. Add in the sugar. Allow it to cook until it acquires the desired consistency. Let it cool and then place it in a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
