Apples Stuffed with Almond Cream

  • For: 1 serving
  • Time: 60 minutes

 

Ingredients:
1 large apple
½ deciliter pastry cream
50 grs powdered almonds
50 grs raspberry coulisse

Preparation:

  1. Peel the apple and remove the core and place a little sugar and butter in the center, add a drop water and bake in the oven.
  2. A little before it’s completely baked fill the apple with the almond cream.
  3. Serve on top of the raspberry coulisse and decorate with elegance.

Almond cream
Make the pastry cream and add 50 grs of powdered almond.

Raspberry coulisse
To make a raspberry coulisse, mix these with 50 grs of sugar and pass through a very thin strainer to make a very thin puree.
