Apples Stuffed with Almond Cream
- For: 1 serving
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 1 large apple ½ deciliter pastry cream 50 grs powdered almonds 50 grs raspberry coulisse
Preparation:
- Peel the apple and remove the core and place a little sugar and butter in the center, add a drop water and bake in the oven.
- A little before it’s completely baked fill the apple with the almond cream.
- Serve on top of the raspberry coulisse and decorate with elegance.
Almond cream Make the pastry cream and add 50 grs of powdered almond.
Raspberry coulisse To make a raspberry coulisse, mix these with 50 grs of sugar and pass through a very thin strainer to make a very thin puree.
