Apples Crumble
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 105 minutes
Ingredients: 6 medium sized golden apples ½ kilo frozen crumble crust ½ jar raspberry jam 1 egg white ½ cup sugar ½ lemon extract ½ cup water Glazed sugar
Preparation:
- Peel the apples and remove the core.
- Extend the flake dough with ½ cm in diameter and cut in stripes.
- Wrap the apples starting from the base and roll the flake dough in a spiral shape, Stick the edges with egg white.
- Place the apples in an oven tray and fill the insides with jam.
- Decorate the top and sides with eggs.
- Cook at a high temperature oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Once they’re cooked, serve hot sprinkled with glazed sugar. They can be decorated with skimmed milk and candy sauce.
Sauce
- Put the sugar and the lemon extract in a pot and place into the fire until it becomes a light caramel.
- Add water carefully to not get burned, the sauce is also served hot.
