Apple with Cream Cheese Recipe

 

Ingredients
6 green apples, peeled, without seeds and in 1 cm slices
100 grams of raisins
60 grams of pine kernels
1 cup of orange juice
¼ of a cup of orange juice
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
6 cloves
1 tablespoon of finely grated orange peels
60 grams of grounded almonds

Cream Cheese Recipe
100 grams of curd or cream cheese
100 grams of cottage cheese
1-2 tablespoons of milk
1-2 tablespoons of sugar

 

Preparation

  1. In a fireproof recipient place a cape of apples, raisins and pine kernels, pour the orange juice on top, sprinkle honey, cinnamon, grated orange peels, cloves and ground almonds. Cover the almonds with aluminum paper and bake for 40 minutes or until the apple is soft.
  2. Cream Cheese: Whip the curd or cream cheese with the cottage cheese until it creams.  Add a bit of milk if the mixture is too thick, and sweeten it with sugar at your liking.
