Apple Strudel Recipe
Ingredients 125 grs flour 1 egg 15 grs butter warm water Grated bread
Filling 2 apples 80 grs raisins 40 grs of butter Sugar and cinnamon 1 egg
Preparation
- In small bowl mix flour, butter and egg gradually add water and make light dough
- Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
- Spread the dough over the pan and sprinkle melted butter and grated bread on the dough, cut the apple in thin slices cove the dough with apple raisins sprinkle cinnamon and sugar roll the dough , bake the apple roll for 45 minutes . Remove from oven and sprinkle glazed sugar, let cool down before serving.
