Apple spices frosting

 
Ingredients
125 ml water
125 ml red wine
2 tspns sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 tspn spices
1 thick lemon strip
4 green apples

Preparation

  1. in a small pot mix water , wine and sugar and heat in low fire until the sugar is totally melted add the cinnamon , spices  and lemon strips
  2. Peel and cut the apples in thin slices add to the pot and cook for 15 minutes until the apples are tender.
  3. let the apples cool down and served with ice cream
