Ingredients
125 ml water
125 ml red wine
2 tspns sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 tspn spices
1 thick lemon strip
4 green apples
Preparation
- in a small pot mix water , wine and sugar and heat in low fire until the sugar is totally melted add the cinnamon , spices and lemon strips
- Peel and cut the apples in thin slices add to the pot and cook for 15 minutes until the apples are tender.
- let the apples cool down and served with ice cream
