Apple Quarters
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 90 minutes
Ingredients: 3 apples 3 eggs Butter, flour and sugar (the same weight as the eggs) 1 tsp baking powder Glazed sugar
Preparation:
- Peel the apples and cut in thin slices.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar in a blender until very foamy.
- Add the soft butter and finally the flour mixed with the baking powder lowering the speed of the blender till minimum.
- Butter and flour a mold and pour the cream on it.
- Place and cover the top with the apples.
- Sprinkle the top with sugar and place in a medium heat oven for an hour.
- Flip onto a plate and from there place on top of a tray to have the apples on top.
- Sprinkle glazed sugar on top and serve.
