Apple Quarters

 

Apple Quarters

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 90 minutes

 

Ingredients:
3 apples
3 eggs
Butter, flour and sugar (the same weight as the eggs)
1 tsp baking powder
Glazed sugar

Preparation:

  1. Peel the apples and cut in thin slices.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a blender until very foamy.
  3. Add the soft butter and finally the flour mixed with the baking powder lowering the speed of the blender till minimum.
  4. Butter and flour a mold and pour the cream on it.
  5. Place and cover the top with the apples.
  6. Sprinkle the top with sugar and place in a medium heat oven for an hour.
  7. Flip onto a plate and from there place on top of a tray to have the apples on top.
  8. Sprinkle glazed sugar on top and serve.
