Apple Pudding Recipe
Ingredients 2 apples 2 cups of flour 1 cup of sugar 2 teaspoon of baking powder 60 grs nuts 3 teaspoons of oil 2 eggs 1 cup of orange juice Fruit jelly
Preparation
- Cut the apples in thin slices.
- In a small bowl place, flour, sugar, baking powder cut apples chopped nuts mix all the ingredients well.
- In other bowl mix oil, eggs, orange juice and milk and beat well, add mix to the dry ingredients and beat until obtaining a smooth batter add the jelly and mix carefully.
- Butter the pan; pour the batter in the pan bake for 40 minutes.
