Apple Pudding Recipe

 

Ingredients
2 apples
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon of baking powder
60 grs nuts
3 teaspoons of oil
2 eggs
1 cup of orange juice
Fruit jelly

Preparation

  1. Cut the apples in thin slices.
  2. In a small bowl place, flour, sugar, baking powder cut apples chopped nuts mix all the ingredients well.
  3. In other bowl mix oil, eggs, orange juice and milk and beat well, add mix to the dry ingredients and beat until obtaining a smooth batter add the jelly and mix carefully.
  4. Butter the pan; pour the batter in the pan bake for 40 minutes.
