Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup of flour 1 cup of whole wheat flour 125 grs of butter 2 teaspoons of sugar 1 egg 3 teaspoons of water
Filling 8 apples 2 teaspoons lemon peel 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 2 cups of water 1 cup of sugar
Preparation

In a big bowl mix flours, butter, and sugar beat with an electric mixer until gradually add egg, milk mix until obtaining smooth dough, refrigerate the dough for 1 hour before using.

Cut and peel the apples, mix with lemon peel, cinnamon and sugar place in a pot and cook for 10 minutes until the apples are tender, remove from the fire and let it cool down

Pre heat oven at 180 c butter pan with butter or oil, paste dough on the butter pan, pour the apple sauce on the pie crust and cover the pie with left over dough and bake for 40 minutes.

Decorate pie with glazed sugar.
