Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups of flour 100 grs of glazed sugar 180 grs of whip cream 2 egg yolks 3 teaspoons of water 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 5 apples cut in thin slices 100 grs of sugar 2 teaspoons of water 2 teaspoons of jelly 30 grs of butter
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil.
- Beat with electric mixer butter, flour, egg yolks and water beat for 5 minutes until obtaining smooth dough, spread half of the dough over the butter pan refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before baking.
- In a pot mix cut apples and spices cook for 20 minutes until the apples are tender, add the jelly butter and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Remove the pie crust from the fridge add the apple sauce cover the pie with the left over dough, bake the pie for 40 minutes. Let the pie cool down before serving.
