Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 loaf of white bread
2.20 lbs of apples
300 grs of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ small cup of rum
500 grs of ripe nectarines
100 grs of butter
50 grs of milk cream

Preparation

  1. Cut bread loaf and place in pan, melt butter and repeat this a few times obtaining a pie crust. Cut peel apples in small squares, in a small pot cook the apples with 50 grs of sugar; let the apples boil with vanilla, until tender. In small bowl beat milk cream and 50 grs sugar and rum until creamy, pour apple sauce over pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and let it cool down.
  3. Cut and peel nectarines and boil with sugar until peaches are tender, add the peaches to the milk cream sauce and boil for 5 minutes until sauce it’s creamy, pour this sauce over the cooked apples and refrigerate for 1 hour.
