Ingredients:
250grs of flower
150grs of butter
80grs of sugar
3 apples
200grs apple jam
2tbsp of apricot jam
Butter
Pinch of flour
Preparation
Combine the flour together with the butter and sugar. Mix these ingredients well. Form a ball out of the dough and let resting in a bowl for 1 hour wrapping it with a kitchen paper towel. Then stretch out the dough into a round disc, making a couple of millimeters thick. Place the dough in a pie pan that has already been buttered and flowered first. Form a crust at the edges using a fork. Evenly spread the apple jam on top of the crust. Cut the apples into slices and decorate the pie with them, placing them in a circular domino style. Cover this with the apricot jam diluted in a little bit of hot water. Cook the pie in the oven for 40 minutes.
