Apple Nut Cake Recipe

 
Ingredients
6 apples
200 grs of flour
150 grs of sugar
130 grs of butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
2 teaspoons of milk

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy gradually add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and milk beat until obtaining a creamy batter.
  2. Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan, pour the cake batter on the pan.
  3. Peel and cut apples in slices spread the apple on top of batter; bake the cake for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool down before serving.
