Ingredients
6 apples
200 grs of flour
150 grs of sugar
130 grs of butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
2 teaspoons of milk
Preparation
- In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy gradually add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and milk beat until obtaining a creamy batter.
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan, pour the cake batter on the pan.
- Peel and cut apples in slices spread the apple on top of batter; bake the cake for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool down before serving.
