Apple Marmalade
Ingredients Big green apples, 8 Vanilla essence, to the taste Sugar cane sugar, 2 tablespoons Sugar, 2 cups Lemon peel, 1 Melted butter, 1 tablespoon
Preparation Peel and cut the apples in slices. Place them in a casserole along with the vanilla essence, the butter, the lemon peel, and the sugar cane sugar. Mix and cook on low heat until the apples are tender. Bottle and cool before storing in the refrigerator.
