Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients
8 prunes
8 dry peaches
ΒΌ cup of raisins
400 grs of canned apples  
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
90 grs of butter
3 teaspoon of water
50 grs of chopped nuts

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl soak raisins, prunes, peaches with apple juice for 1 hour, add the apples, sugar, and lemon peel And mix well
  2. Pour the fruit mix on a pan.
  3. In a big cooking bowl beat with an electric mixer, butter, flour, water and sugar beat until obtaining smooth dough.
  4. Cover the dough with plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
  5. Remove the dough from the fridge, grate the dough over the apple mix, and bake the apple crumble for 40 minutes let the pie cool down before serving.
