Apple Crepe Recipe
Ingredients: 3 egg yolks 1 egg Sugar 150 grs of sugar 1 tsp of oil 90 grs of butter 1 and ½ dls of milk 3 apples Spirituous liquor Milk cream
Preparation: Beat the egg yolks with 50 grs of sugar until the mix becomes spongy. Add the strained flour, the melted butter, oil, and finally the milk. Mix and let it rest. Peel the apples and remove the core and seeds, slice the apples very thinly.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the apples in it until they are soft but not broken.
In another frying pan with butter, pour a tbsp of the mix. Spread it well on the bottom of the pan; let it cook for 30 seconds in a low flame. Add the apples to it and then cover it with another tbsp of the paste letting it all cook at a medium heat until it is ready. In the same frying pan, flame the crepes with the spirituous liquor.
