Apple Buns

  • For: 6 to 8 servings
  • Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:
4 apples
1 small glass rum
100 grs sugar

Paste
7 tbsps eggs
1 tbsp oil
8 tbsps beer
1 egg white
1 dab of rum
8 tbsps water

Preparation:
Peel the apples and remove the core and cut in slices, place on a bowl and pour the rum on top and sprinkle with sugar. Let it rest for an hour in a fresh area.

Paste

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the egg whites. Let them rest and in the moment of frying add the beat egg whites till stiff.
  2. Wet the apples in the paste and fry in abundant hot oil.
  3. Serve sprinkled with glazed sugar.
