Apple Buns
- For: 6 to 8 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 4 apples 1 small glass rum 100 grs sugar
Paste 7 tbsps eggs 1 tbsp oil 8 tbsps beer 1 egg white 1 dab of rum 8 tbsps water
Preparation: Peel the apples and remove the core and cut in slices, place on a bowl and pour the rum on top and sprinkle with sugar. Let it rest for an hour in a fresh area.
Paste
- Mix all the ingredients except the egg whites. Let them rest and in the moment of frying add the beat egg whites till stiff.
- Wet the apples in the paste and fry in abundant hot oil.
- Serve sprinkled with glazed sugar.
