Apple biscuits

Ingredients 6 apples 4 eggs 200gr butter 200gr sugar 200gr flour 1 tsp baking soda a dab of brandy
Preparation
- Peel the apples and take out the core.
- Put a tbsp of butter in a frying pan and cook whole apple pieces in it adding abundant sugar at a low flame until caramel on the outside. Reserve.
- prepare a cake mixing the following ingredients four well mixed eggs, the sugar and butter, add flour in small amounts mixed with the tsp of baking soda.
- Add the brandy
- Place the apples in a round mold, filling it with the batter.
- Place in a temperate oven for 40 minutes.
