Apple biscuits

Ingredients
6 apples
4 eggs
200gr butter
200gr sugar
200gr flour
1 tsp baking soda
a dab of brandy

Preparation

  1. Peel the apples and take out the core.
  2. Put a tbsp of butter in a frying pan and cook whole apple pieces in it adding abundant sugar at a low flame until caramel on the outside. Reserve.
  3. prepare a cake mixing the following ingredients  four well mixed eggs, the sugar and butter, add flour in small amounts mixed with the tsp of baking soda.
  4. Add the brandy
  5. Place the apples in a round mold, filling it with the batter.
  6. Place in a temperate oven for 40 minutes.
