500 grs of pre made butter dough
4 apples
150 grs of strawberries
Teaspoons of candied fruit
The juice of 1 lemon
Chopped almonds
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c, spread the dough on pan, bake for 20 minutes.
- Wash peel and cut apples, in a small pot cook apples, candied fruit and lemon juice, let it cook for 5 minutes or until apples tender, remover apples from the fire and let apples cool down.
- Mix apples and strawberries and pour the sauce over the bake pie crust, sprinkle chopped almonds and bake pie for 20 more minutes.
