Apple and Nut Jam
Ingredients Big apples, 8 Vanilla essence, to the taste Sugarcane sugar, 2 tablespoons Sugar, 2 cups Ground nuts, 100 grams Grated lemon peel, 1
Preparation Peel and cut the apples into slices. Then place them inside a casserole along with the vanilla essence, the grated lemon peel, and the sugarcane sugar. Mix and cook over low heat until the apples are tender. Then add in the ground nuts. Mix well, bottle and cook before putting it inside the refrigerator.
