Apple and Almonds Cake

Ingredients: 60grs of raisins 4tbsp of rum 160grs of butter 170grs of sugar 1tsp of vanilla 2 eggs 50grs of white flower 50grs of whole wheat flower 1tsp of baking powder 1tsp of grated lemon peel 4 tbsp of sweet milk cream 5 apples 50grs of almonds (peeled and split in half) 2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation Submerge the raisins in the rum. Mix 120grs of butter together with 100grs of sugar and the vanilla. Add the already whipped eggs and mix very well. Combine flowers and baking powder together with and egg mixture. Add the grated lemon peel, milk cream, raisins and rum to the mixture. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Add the rest of the butter and sugar into a pan and cook for 2½ min. Throw the apple slices on top, and on top pour the dough. Cook in the oven for 27min at 160 Celsius degrees. Let it cool off a bit and withdraw the pan from the pan.
