Angel Hair Dessert

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 90 minutes

 

Ingredients:
2 kgs pumpkin
Sugar (the weight of the pumpkin pulp)
1 grated lemon
Cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Cut the pumpkin in large pieces. Put the pieces to boil without the seeds or fibers covered with cold water for 1 hour.
  2. Separate the pulp from the peel, wash well with cold water.
  3. Wrap the pulp with a white cloth to strain it.
  4. Weigh it and put it to boil with its same weight in sugar with the lemon and cinnamon for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Put it in dessert bowls.
