Almond Tart
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 90 minutes
Ingredients: Dough 3 tbsps oil 3 tbsps milk 100 grs flour Salt, sugar
Filling 4 eggs 200 grs raw ground almonds 200 grs sugar 1 grated lemon Glazed sugar, powdered cinnamon
Preparation:
- Knead the ingredients of the dough and place in a fresh area.
- Spread the dough in thin layer and cover a low leveled round mold.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and grated lemon and cinnamon until fluffy.
- With a spatula add the almonds little by little.
- Fill the tart with the mix and cook at a low flamed oven.
- Sprinkle glazed sugar on top and serve.
