Almond Tart

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 90 minutes

Ingredients:
Dough
3 tbsps oil
3 tbsps milk
100 grs flour
Salt, sugar

Filling
4 eggs
200 grs raw ground almonds
200 grs sugar
1 grated lemon
Glazed sugar, powdered cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Knead the ingredients of the dough and place in a fresh area.
  2. Spread the dough in thin layer and cover a low leveled round mold.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar and grated lemon and cinnamon until fluffy.
  4. With a spatula add the almonds little by little.
  5. Fill the tart with the mix and cook at a low flamed oven.
  6. Sprinkle glazed sugar on top and serve.
