Almond Pralines

Ingredients
2 egg whites
125 grams of confectioner’s sugar
90 grams of whole wheat flour, sifted
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
30 grams of almond flakes
60 grams of melted butter

Preparation
Beat the egg whites and gradually go adding in the sugar. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough on a previously greased baking tray, leaving a space in between them so they can expand. Bake them at 190 degrees for eight minutes or until they are golden brown. Shape them by using a cooking roller and cover them until they cool.
