Almond Pie

Ingredients:
450grs of flour
150grs of sugar
200grs of almonds
50grs of honey
100grs of butter
250 ml milk
1 bag baking powder
Butter

Preparation
With warm water wash out the almonds, and then mash them down. Combine the baking power together with the milk. Then mix the flour together with the milk-baking powder mixture, sugar, mashed butter and honey. Mix this paste extremely well using a wooden spoon, and then knead on it for about 10min on your table counter. With the dough form a disc with the same dimension of your oven pan. Butter and flour up your pan before placing the disc in it, and then cook in the preheated oven for 40min. In order to check on it, pinch the dough with a fork, and once it comes out completely dry withdraw from the oven.
