Ingredients
400 ml milk
100 ml milk cream
125 gr sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tbspn powder vanilla
75 gr ground almonds
2 drops almond extract
Preparation
- Boil the milk and powder vanilla. Add the ground almonds and let them cook for 30 min. Strain and heat the milk cream.
- Beat the yolks and sugar until it forms a smooth texture. Add the milk cream and milk.
- Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
- Let it cool and refrigerate.
You can make pistachio ice cream by replacing the almonds for 125 gr of ground pistachios.
