Almond Crisps

  • For: 300 grs crisps
  • Time: 60 minutes

 

Ingredients:
100 grs sliced almonds
30 grs flour
30 grs butter
1 egg
1 egg white
120 grs sugar
Vanilla

Preparation:

  1. Mix the sugar with the flour; beat the egg and the egg white and join it with the previous mix adding the melted butter & the vanilla to it.
  2. Once the dough is prepared add the almonds and let it rest until the next day in a covered container in a fresh area, if the dough is too thin add some ground almonds.
  3. Butter an oven tray and place the dough in small amounts and separately with the help of a spoon because they expand very much when in the oven.
  4. Cook for 7 or 8 minutes until they are brown
  5. Once they are cold sprinkle glazed sugar on top.
