Almond Cake

Ingredients: 6 eggs 200grs of powdered sugar 2tsp of vanilla Grated lemon peel (1 lemon) 1tsp of cinnamon 200grs of peeled almonds Oil
Preparation Separate the egg yokes from the egg whites, and mix the egg yokes together with the powdered sugar until you get a smooth paste. On a side mix the vanilla together with the lemon peel, cinnamon and chopped almonds. Whip the egg whites extremely well until they stiffen and mix everything together. Oil up the cooking pan and pour the paste into it. Cook the cake in the oven at 175 Celsius degrees for 50-60 minutes. Withdraw the cake from the pan let it cool off. Then sprinkle the powdered sugar on top before serving.
