Ingredients 200gr flour 200gr sugar 200gr almonds 200gr butter Some glazed sugar to sprinkle
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients on a bowl and mix them well until they become dough (if the almonds are very well chopped they will mingle better).
- Spread the dough.
- Cut the rolls and place them on an oven tray, place them into a medium heated oven.
- After removing them from the oven, sprinkle glazed sugar on them.
Practical advice It’s best to cut the butterscotch with a cake cutter
