Almond and dry peach brownies
Ingredients 125 grs butter 125 grs dark chocolate 3 eggs 1 tspn vanilla 60 grs flour 60 grs whole wheat flour 95 grs dry peach
Preparation
- Pre heat the oven at 180 c butter the pan 20 cm with oil or butter cover the pan with wax paper
- Cook butter and chocolate in a double sauce pan until obtaining a creamy substance .
- with a manual whisk beat eggs and sugar, add chocolate and mix well, gradually add flour , almonds and dry peach until all ingredients are well mixed .
- Pour the batter in the pan bake for 45 to 50 minutes, let it cool down cut in small pieces.
