A Golden Heart Cake Recipe
Materials Cake made in a heart shaped mold #4 A wrapped cardboard base with gold metallic paper 3 cm bigger than the cake 1 recipe of butter cream glaze Yellow food coloring paste Decorating sleeve Filter tips #84, 23, R3 and 20 String of pearls (approximately double the surrounding of the cake) A decoration for the fiftieth anniversary 5 gold string roses White wrapped wire
Shaping and decoration
- Place the cake on top of the cardboard base; cover the top surface with white glaze.
- Bend the lace edging and place it on the bottom border.
- Dye the rest of the glaze yellow. Place it in the decorating sleeve with filter tip #R3 and make a ribbing in zigzag point 3 cm from the base. Glue it on top of the string of pearls.
- Using filter tip #20 write a message that you wish inside this heart.
- With filter tip #84 make a whicker point to cover the lateral sides.
- Change for filter tip #23 and make a ribbing with a rope point on the top and bottom of the cake, and following this last one make a zigzag with filter tip #R3. place a string of pearls on top.
- Finish by placing the decoration and pinching the roses with a piece of wire.
