Crunchy Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients 3 chopped potatoes 3 chopped carrots ¼ cup of sour cream ¼ cup of parmesan cheese A pinch if salt and pepper 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
Preparation
- Cut in peel potatoes and carrots, place in a pot and boil until tender.
- Mash the potatoes and carrots, add sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper creating a smooth paste, make patties and place in the butter pan decorate with sesame seeds, bake in the oven for 30 minutes until patties are crispy.
